Paul Azous is the Managing Member of the consulting firm A.Z.O. Group & Holdings LLC, a venture dedicated to helping companies worldwide successfully reach market. As the head of Company oversight, Azous is responsible for more than 10 offices that specialize in business plan development, private placement memorandum creation and placement, franchise creation in the U.S., software and web development, and more. Specifically, through one of A.Z.O.’s subsidiaries, Private Placement and Business Plan Advisors the Company has written and edited more than 3,000 offering memorandums and business plans spanning a wide spectrum of industries over the past 10 years.

Over the past 10 years, Paul has helped scores of companies launch their businesses, including assisting in the development of their business plan, due diligence, company valuations and negotiations. For the last several years Paul has focused on helping companies develop business models and raise capital. His resume boasts a plethora of creative and mathematical experiences and has geared his team toward a focused-team-work-based operations platform.

Israel A. Frenkel, Esq. is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is a member of the New York Bar. As Chief Attorney of The A.Z.O Group, Israel’s practice focuses primarily in the area of commercial law, including private placement offerings, organizational formation and dissolution, banking and financial services, litigation practice and procedure, and commercial real estate offerings. Israel has served the purchasing community by forming a consumer advocacy initiative.  Mr. Frenkel and his team service The A.Z.O. Group’s worldwide client base who seek access to and protection in the American market.

Mike Dacks, Esq. Co-Chief Counsel (Business Plan Law LLP and PPMemo.com, divisions of A.Z.O. Group & Holdings)

Mike Dacks is co-chief attorney of The A.Z.O. Group & Holdings LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto Law School and a member of the Canadian Bar Association. Mike specializes in North American securities law, corporate litigation and intellectual property rights. He oversees much of the European, Asian and Middle Eastern transactions of the company, including private placement and business plan development and capital acquisition. He is intimately involved with the hi-tech companies that are formed in and launched from Tel Aviv, one of the hi-tech capitals of the world.

Robert Mahdavi, Chief Technology Officer

Robert Mahdavi overseas the day-to-day operations of The A.Z.O. Group’s international partners, and is in charge of the Company’s web applications. He is the founder of Aleph Analysis Inc., a technology company created to enable third world nations to improve living conditions via technology. He sold the Company in 2002. In the case of Aleph Analysis Inc., Robert's depth is in understanding the intent, objectives of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. A pioneer from Seattle in the field of web and software development, Robert is first and foremost a lifelong student of mathematics and philosophy. He is a recognized and often consulted authority on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and facilitates Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the creation of successful algorithmic design and development.

Shosh Pincuss

Shosh is one The A.Z.O.’s top business plan writers. Her current role is the oversight of many of the Company’s business plan clients. Her major goal is to ensure that the Company’s clients are given the necessary tools to advance their business. Over the course of 2009 Shosh’s responsibilities will grow. She will be overseeing much of Business Plan Advisors’ growth and facilitate the opening of new offices in several countries in Europe, South America and Asia. Shosh brings strong organizational skills, and is meticulous in the details that go into business plan development.
